TO: ROBERT G. TORREZ, Judgment Debtor: An ORDER OF SALE has been issued in the above captioned case, directed to the Sheriff of Pierce County, commanding the sheriff as follows: THE STATE OF WASHINGTON, to the Pierce County Sheriff.
WHEREAS, in the above-entitled Court, On April 3, 2020, Planet Home Lending, LLC, recovered a Judgment against Defendants Robert G. Torrez; Unknown Spouse of Robert G. Torrez: Rebecca L. Torrez aka Rebecca L. Street; Unknown Spouse of Rebecca L. Torrez aka Rebecca L. Street: City of Lakewood and the Occupants of The Premises (In Rem) and against the real property in the amount of $137,833.08, plus interest at the rate of 4.500% per annum from April 3, 2020 until satisfied; and whereas said Judgment is a foreclosure with an eight (8) eight month redemption period, against the Defendants herein of a Deed of Trust on the following described property, situated in Pierce County, State of Washington, to-wit:
THE NORTHWESTERLY 50 FEET OF THE SOUTHEASTERLY 130 FEET OF LOT 7, BLOCK 31, AMERICAN LAKE, PIERC E COUNTY, WASHINGTON, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN VOLUME 9 OF PLATS AT PAGES 28 AND 29, RECORDS OF PIERCE COUNTY AUDITOR;
EXCEPT THE NORTHEASTERLY 27 FEET OF THE SOUTHEASTERLY 20 FEET THEREOF.
SITUATE IN THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, COUNTY OF PIERCE, STATE OF WASHINGTON

Commonly known as: 8209 MAPLE ST SW, LAKEWOOD, WA 98498
THEREFORE, in the name of the State of Washington, you are hereby commanded to proceed to seize and sell forthwith, and without appraisement, the above-described property, in the manner provided by law; or so much thereof as may be necessary to satisfy the Judgment, including any interest and costs, and any advances that Planet Home Lending, LLC, may be required after the entry of Judgment to make for the payment of payment of taxes, assessments, other items constituting liens on the property, insurance, and/or repairs for the protection or preservation of the property. HEREIN, FAIL NOT, but make return hereof within sixty days, showing how you have executed the same.
