Petitioner West Tapps Maintenance Company seeks to terminate the Lake Tapps Development Co., Inc. Trust (“Trust”) and distribute the corpus of the Trust to West Tapps Maintenance Company to be used for the benefit of the West Tapps Community. A hearing on this petition has been scheduled for May 10, 2024 at 9:00 A.M. Objections to the petition must be served, in writing, no later than five (5) days before the hearing date, upon Grayson Chester of Holmquist & Gardiner PLLC, 1000 2nd Ave Suite 1770, Seattle WA 98104. A copy of the Petition may be obtained by request in writing directed to the same address.
