Citizens who want to help shape the downtown streetscape can share their thoughts at 5 p.m., Jan. 29, in room 16 of the Tacoma Municipal Building North, 728 St. Helens.
In this second public workshop, the streetscape planning team will present draft recommendations for improving Tacomas downtown streetscape.
The recommendations will focus mainly on enhancing pedestrian areas, increasing pedestrian activity, bridging gaps between districts and creating a coordinated street design.
