City of Fircrest NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Fircrest Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on April 7, 2015, commencing at 6:00pm or shortly thereafter, to consider applications for a conditional use permit, a variance to increase building height from 30 feet to 43 feet, and a variance to reduce exterior wall modulation associated with the construction of a 64,000 square foot intermediate school which will accommodate 450 students in grades 4-8. Interested persons may appear and provide written or oral testimony.
