City of Fircrest NOTICE OF ORDINANCE PASSED BY FIRCREST CITY COUNCIL ON APRIL 23, 2013 Summary of Ordinance No. 1536: An ordinance of the Fircrest City Council amending FMC 22.50.008 and Ordinance 1311 18 eliminating the maximum front yard setback, eliminating the term "under common ownership" respective to maintaining the retail/ non-retail percentage requirement for properties that are subdivided, limiting main arterial road frontage serving the property to a maximum of 20%, allowing an option for providing landscaping and/or building exterior texture variation in lieu of exterior wall modulation, and amending FMC 22.64.009 and Ordinance 1311 34 to allow an option for providing landscaping and/or building exterior texture variation in lieu of exterior wall modulation in the community commercial district only.
