City of Fircrest Requests for Proposals Turf and Landscape Maintenance The City of Fircrest is requesting proposals for TURF AND LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE. The proposal is for an agreement to provide one year of turf and landscape maintenance services, including materials and supplies from March 28, 2016 through November 18, 2016, with an option to extend one additional year after November 18, 2016 based on available funding. Sealed proposals will be received at Fircrest City Hall, 115 Ramsdell Street, Fircrest, WA 98466 until 1:00 pm, Friday, March 11, 2016.
