Notice is hereby given that the Tacoma City Council, at its regular City Council meeting of Tuesday, December 6, 2022, passed the following ordinance. The summary of the contents of said ordinance, consisting of the title, is as follows: Ordinance No. 28841 An ordinance reclassifying an approximately seven-acre parcel, located at 4901 South 25th Street, from an R2-STGPD to a C2-STGPD, to allow for the development of 133 senior affordable housing units.
