Notice is hereby given that the Tacoma City Council, at its regular City Council meeting of Tuesday, July 13, 2021, passed the following ordinance. The summary of the contents of said ordinance, consisting of the title, is as follows: Ordinance No. 28754 An ordinance vacating a 10-foot wide planting strip within the south portion of the 6th Avenue right-of-way, lying between South Howard Street and South Rochester Street, to facilitate construction of a seven-story apartment building.
