Project Scope: The City of Tacoma intends to procure architectural and engineering consultant services (design team) to provide design, permitting, and construction administration services for improvements to the City-owned 5401 South Tacoma Way facility to provide for a daytime drop-in center for youth and young adults and an overnight shelter for young adults.
