City of Tacoma NOTICE OF ACTION TAKEN Site Development Permit, Proctor South Notice is hereby given under the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA), RCW 43.21C.080, that the City of Tacoma Department of Planning and Development Services took the action described below on February 9, 2017. Any action to set aside, enjoin, review, or otherwise challenge such action on the grounds of noncompliance with the provisions of Ch. 43.21C RCW shall be commenced on or before March 2, 2017. Description of agency action: Tacoma PDS on February 9, 2017, administratively authorized demolition activities under Tacoma Demolition Permit Number SDEV16-0077 for demolition of buildings located on the site and for site grading activity. The City of Tacoma has fully complied with the SEPA rules regarding notification and SEPA documentation for this proposal as required under WAC 197-11 and RCW 43.21C.080. Description of Proposal: Construction of a mixed-use building with 136 dwelling units, approximately 7,700 square feet of commercial space, 141 parking stalls, and associated site improvements to include approximately 20,000 cubic yards of grading activity. The site is approximately 34,000 square feet in size, and is zoned "NCX" Neighborhood Commercial Mixed Use District. Location: 2502 North Proctor, Parcels 747501-3580, -3590, -3600, -3610, -3620, -3630 & -3650. Type of environmental review under SEPA: The City of Tacoma issued a Final Mitigated Determination of Nonsignficance, LU16-0098, on December 14, 2016.
