Pre-Proposal Meeting: A pre-proposal meeting will be held at Tacoma Municipal Building, 747 Market Street, Tacoma, Room 138, on June 23, 2015 at 9:30a.m. Project Scope: This contract shall generally consist of removing the existing Polychlorinated Biphenyl (PCB) contaminated asphalt, concrete curb and gutter, catch basins, underdrain pipe, and soil that will be sent as contaminated material to LRI Landfill or another approved licensed solid waste disposal facility capable of handling PCB contaminated material. The project will also construct asphalt roadway, curb and gutter, catch basins, ADA curb ramps and driveways in accordance with the specifications and plans. The work will be performed on East 62nd Street (between East "I" and "K" Streets) and East "I" Street (between East 64th and 65th Streets).
