Project Scope: The Schuster Parkway Promenade project is in need of a consultant to perform a cultural resource survey and assist the project by monitoring for cultural resource discoveries during design investigations and by being on stand-by and if there are discoveries. Upon discovery of any culturally sensitive items, the selected company will assist the City in properly handling the objects and notifying the proper authorities of such a discovery. The project location is between S. 4th Street and McCarver along the hillside to the southwest of Schuster Parkway. Estimate: $15,000 – $25,000 Paid Leave and Minimum Wage: Effective February 1, 2016, the City of Tacoma requires all employers to provide paid leave and minimum wages, as set forth in Title 18 of the Tacoma Municipal Code.
