Solicitation Documents: An electronic copy of the complete solicitation documents may be viewed and obtained at the City’s plan distribution service provider, ARC, 632 Broadway, Tacoma, WA, or by going to http://www.e-arc.com/location/tacoma. Prospective bidders will be required to pay reproduction costs. A list of vendors registered for this solicitation is also available at their website.

Pre-Proposal Meeting: A pre-proposal meeting will not be held..

Project Scope: Intersection of McKinley Ave & E 37th St: Install high-visibility style crosswalk striping and curb bulb-outs across the south leg of the intersection. Install ADA-compliant curb ramps at all quadrants of the intersection. The bulb-outs on the SW and SE corners will incorporate the bus stops at this intersection. Install one streetlight pole and luminaire at the intersection.

Intersection of McKinley Ave & E 36th St: Install a pedestrian-activated rectangular rapid- flashing beacon (RRFB) on each side of the north leg of the intersection. Install high-visibility style crosswalk striping and curb bulb-outs across the north leg of the intersection. Install ADA- compliant curb ramps at all quadrants of the intersection. Install one streetlight pole and luminaire at the intersection.

Estimate: $295,165.00
