Submittals will be received and time stamped only at the Purchasing Division, located in the Tacoma Public Utilities Administration Building North, Main Floor, 3628 South 35th Street, Tacoma, WA 98409. Project Scope: This contract shall generally consist of grading and expansion of the paved parking area west of the Solid Waste Management (SWM) administration building to improve surface water drainage and collection, to repair settlement and damaged asphalt, and to expand the parking area that is available for the collections fleet. The work will include landfill cap geomembrane liner replacement and repair, HDPE sewer pipe installation, landfill gas system modifications, grading, paving, concrete, and site electrical.
