Project Scope: This project generally consists of installation of owner furnished equipment at the Tacoma Asphalt Plant to enable the plant to utilize Recycled Asphalt Pavement and Recycled Asphalt Shingles in their asphalt for street repairs, including installation of foundations and electrical. The project also includes construction of a metal canopy structure for storage of aggregates and recycled materials.
