Submittals will be received and time stamped only at the Purchasing Division, located in the Tacoma Public Utilities Administration Building North, Main Floor, 3628 South 35th Street, Tacoma, WA 98409. Project Scope: The Tacoma Fire Department seeks to replace 14 existing LP 12 CPR monitor/defibrillators with new Physio Control LP 15 v2 adaptive biphasic fully escalating CPR monitor/defibrillators. Options to trade-in existing equipment for a credit toward the purchase of new equipment and to contract for maintenance of new equipment are included for consideration.
