Project Scope: The City of Tacoma, Department of Neighborhood and Community Services is soliciting proposals to establish one or more contracts with qualified vendors to fulfill the City’s need to manage and operate a Drop-in Center for youth (12-17 years of age) and young adults (18-24 years of age) and an overnight shelter for young adults experiencing homelessness at the Beacon Activity Center.

Estimate: $685,000
