Members of the City Council are scheduled Aug. 19 to receive a presentation from budget officer Amy Palmer regarding the revenue projections for the 2009-2010 General and Capital Projects fund for the remainder of the 2007-2008 biennium and the years 2009-2014. The discussion will also include Council’s preferred options for addressing the shortfall in the Capital Projects Fund due to the decline in Real Estate Excise Tax collections. Information regarding the Capital Facilities Program process improvements will also be addressed under Other Items of Interest on the agenda.

The Council will not take public comment during the noon study session in the Tacoma Municipal Building North, 733 Market St., Room 16.
