The City Council is scheduled to consider a resolution Oct. 18 that would allocate $150,000 from the Police Facility Construction Bond Fund for artist James Kelsey to create and install six memorial tributes to fallen Tacoma Police Department officers at the new police headquarters, the four new substations and the one existing substation.
