Members of the City Council are scheduled Aug. 17 to receive information regarding the debt restructuring proposal for the 2011-2012 Biennial Budget from Finance Director Bob Biles. As a second item on the agenda, Council is scheduled to hear an update on the parking pay station rollout and proposed ordinance changes. The Council will not take public comment during the noon study session in the Tacoma Municipal Building North, 733 Market St., Room 16.
