Don't forget to spring forward this weekend

Remember that Daylight Saving Time begins this weekend. This Sunday at 2 a.m., set your clocks ahead one hour. Or, if you’re not a night owl, set them ahead before you go to bed.

Try not to be too upset at the prospect of losing an hour of sleep. After all, you’ll get to set your clocks back one hour when Daylight Saving Time ends on Oct.26.
