City Council members are scheduled Oct. 30 to hear an update from City Manager Eric Anderson regarding recommendations for the downtown parking and transit plan. Council members are also scheduled to hear a report on the limited property tax exemption for multi-family housing development in mixed-use centers program, and an update from the police and fire departments regarding the impact of the closure of the Murray Morgan Bridge on emergency response times.

The Council will not take public comment during the noon study session in the Tacoma Municipal Building North, Room 16.
