First seven tenants sign on to DuPont Station

The first seven retailers and businesses have signed on to locate at DuPont Station, Northwest Landing’s mixed-use urban village.

Quadrant Corp. is the developer of Northwest Landing, which is located fifteen miles south of Tacoma in the city of DuPont.

When completed, the 32-acre DuPont Station will feature 250,000 square feet of retail shops, office space, apartments and a public plaza for outdoor entertainment and festivals.

Tenants for the four buildings include a new branch of the Pierce County Library, Farrelli’s Pizza and Pool Co., Quiznos, Kokos Teriyaki, DuPont Cleaners, Pacifica Mortgage and Liberty Inn.
