The next session of the Government Leadership Institute at 6:45 p.m. on Jan. 23 will feature a panel including Pierce County Council Member Tim Farrell, City Council Member Rick Talbert and the Citys Governmental Affairs lead Randy Lewis in a discussion of the way federal, state, county and city governments work together. The free session will be held at the Keystone Auditorium, 1900 Commerce St., on the University of Washington Tacoma campus.
