The Washington State Housing Finance Commission in partnership with local certified instructors from Kitsap Housing Coalition will be holding a free five-hour HUD-certified home buying seminar on Saturday, Sept. 20, at the Pierce College Library meeting room at the Gig Harbor branch, 4424 Pt. Fosdick Dr., from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The class reviews the home buying process and many of the government and non-government first mortgage and down payment programs.
