Pacific Northwest-based John L. Scott Real Estate announces the appointment of Lon Williams to the position of vice president of network operations. The John L. Scott Network is the franchise division of John L. Scott Real Estate and is responsible for expanding the companys market share through franchise office growth.
Williams responsibilities include developing and implementing programs and services that support John L. Scotts continued and future growth throughout the Western region of the United States. He will also oversee operations for John L. Scotts existing franchise offices in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.

Williams comes to John L. Scott Real Estate with over 25 years experience in residential real estate. He has served in many areas of real estate including management, training, administration, marketing, franchise sales, and consulting. Prior to joining John L. Scott Real Estate, Williams was affiliated with Coldwell Banker Real Estate in Naples, Florida where he managed the operations of a top-producing office specializing in luxury home sales.
Williams also operated a real estate consulting firm for ten years, prior to which he was the general manager of over 300 offices for Prudential Real Estate Affiliates.
