On June 30, at approximately 5:30 p.m., the City Council is scheduled to have a public hearing on proposed changes to the Municipal Code, relating to the Land Use Regulatory Code, to add new and revise existing design, development, and building standards; change, use, reduce or eliminate parking requirements; increase height limits in designated areas of eight neighborhood centers, establish new mixed-use zoning classifications; and rezone numerous properties within 16 designated mixed-use centers to mixed-use zoning districts.
