Members of the City Council and Council members-elect are scheduled Dec. 15 to hear three minute presentations by applicants who are interested in the vacant At-Large #7 and At-Large #8 positions. The Council will not take public comment during the noon study session in the Council Chambers on the first floor of the Tacoma Municipal Building, 747 Market St. TV Tacoma will broadcast the session live on TV Tacoma and on http://www.tvtacoma.com .
