Michael J. Phillips, chairman and chief executive officer of Frank Russell Co., will address Tacoma Community Colleges largest-ever graduating class at the colleges 38th annual commencement, slated for 7 p.m., Thursday, June 12, in the Tacoma Dome Exhibition Hall. Phillips will deliver an address titled Reaching for Success.
During the 2002-2003 academic year, 758 students earned associates degrees and 34 students earned high school completion certificates at TCC. In addition, 329 students successfully completed GED testing through TCC.
