“The Spring 2000 edition of Festivals Directory, an ever-growing guide to the festivals of the Northwest, has been released. The latest 148-page directory includes features on Northwest artists and artisans, musicians, event reviews, and 1,800 festivals in Washington, Oregon, British Columbia, Idaho, Montana, and Alaska. An accompanying web site provides subscribers with updates. The directory is published three times yearly, and has grown from listing 600 events in January 1999, to more than 1,800. It provides information for performers, artists and artisans, food vendors and others. Festivals Directory is the largest regional directory of its kind in North America, according to founder Chris Lunn. For information on subscribing to the directory or advertising in it, visit www.festivalsdirectory.com, or e-mail info@festivalsdirectory.com, or call 253-863-6617.”
