Tacoma City Council members are scheduled to consider a resolution Nov. 17 that would authorize the execution of a 30-year agreement with SDL Baseball Partnership, LLC — the owners of the Tacoma Rainiers — for the lease of Cheney Stadium from Jan. 1, 2011 through Dec. 31, 2041.
