This lawsuit has been filed as a result of an alleged breach contract for the sale of equipment between the plaintiff and the defendants. The plaintiff alleges that the defendant purchased equipment and failed to make the required payments or deliver collateral when requested. Capital Equipment, Inc., alleges to have filed the adequate UCC filing documents and has requested replevin of the goods as the defendant fails to deliver said goods.
