WHEREAS, the judgment is a foreclosure against parties of a Deed of Trust Mortgage on real estate in Pierce County, Washington, described as follows: PARCEL A: LOT 47 BLOCK 7, STANSBERRY LAKE, 3RD ADDITION, ACCORDING TO PLAT RECORDED IN BOOK 40 OF PLATS AT PAGES 52, 53 AND 54, IN PIERCE COUNTY, WASHINGTON. PARCEL B: A NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS AS DELINEATED ON STANSBERRY LAKE, 3RD ADDITION, ACCORDING TO PLAT RECORDED IN BOOK 40 OF PLATS AT PAGES 52, 53 AND 54, IN PIERCE COUNTY, WASHINGTON. Tax Parcel No. 7882230480 WHEREAS, on July 16, 2015, the Court ordered that all of the above-described property be sold and the proceeds applied to the payment of principal, interest, attorney fees, costs and disbursements and other recovery amounts with interest to date of the sale of the property.
