The Complaint for Interpleader concerns, among other things, Plaintiffs' deposit into court of money Plaintiffs have collected as a result of their servicing obligations concerning a note receivable originally by and between ERO Enterprises, LLC and Reid Dixon. In their Complaint for Interpleader, Plaintiffs seek a ruling to the effect that Plaintiffs are exonerated from any and all liability with respect to their payment of money from the above-referenced note receivable into court and from their payment of money pursuant to the rulings of the Deschutes County Circuit Court of Oregon, which presided over the dissolution proceeding between and among Defendants James Orsillo and Yvette Orsillo. Plaintiffs also seek a ruling from the Court that adjudicates and resolves the Defendants' competing claims to the money at issue, along with an award of Plaintiffs' costs and attorney's fees incurred in connection with this action.
