Defendant ALEX ZAMPARDO was driving a vehicle in an apartment complex parking lot in Federal Way, King County, Washington when he collided with the side of a vehicle in which Plaintiff was a passenger. Defendant driver failed to maintain an adequate lookout and otherwise follow the rules of the road and negligently drove his car into Plaintiff's vehicle.
