NGUYEN V. NGUYEN, Deceased. TO: Any and all Unknown Heirs
AND TO: Other Interested Parties
1. The Personal Representative/Administrator, Thomas R. McKee, has petitioned the Superior Court of Pierce County, State of Washington, for the entry of an Order On Petition for Instructions re: Determining Heirship Rights, and a hearing on said Petition to Determine Heirs will be held on the 11th day of July, 2024, at 1:30 p.m.
2. The Petition For Instructions Re: Determination of Heirship Rights has been filed with the Court.
3. Following the entry by the Court of an Order on said Petition, the heirs of the Estate will be have been determined and any other potential heirs, if any, will be excluded as an heir for distribute of the net estate; and
4. A person entitled to notice has the right to appear at the time of the hearing on this Petition for Instructions Re: Determination of Heirship Rights and to object to the granting of the entry of the Order Determining Heirship Rights.
