Assurity Life Insurance Company, Plaintiff, vs. Kylie Huston, Defendant.
To the said Kylie Huston: A lawsuit in interpleader has been filed against you. You are hereby summoned to appear within sixty days after the date of the first publication of this summons, to wit, within sixty days after the 12th day of April, 2021, and defend the above entitled action in the above entitled court, and answer the complaint of the plaintiff Assurity Life Insurance Company and serve a copy of your answer or a motion under Rule 12 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure upon the undersigned attorneys for plaintiff Assurity Life Insurance Company, at their office below stated; and in case of your failure so to do, judgment by default will be rendered against you according to the relief demanded in the complaint in interpleader, which has been filed with the clerk of said court. You must also file your answer or motion with the court. The lawsuit is an interpleader action to determine the competing claims of Linett Huston, Anna Huston, and Kylie Huston to certain proceeds from a life insurance policy issued to Mark A.
