An ORDER OF SALE has been issued in the above captioned case, directed to the Sheriff of Pierce County, commanding the sheriff as follows:

The Clerk of Court is respectfully requested to issue an order of sale directing the Sheriff of Pierce County, Washington to levy against and sell at public sale the real property described as follows:

1. In the above-entitled court, a Default Judgment and Foreclosure Decree was entered on September 21, 2023 (hereinafter together the “Judgment”) in favor of the plaintiff, WEATHERVANE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION (hereinafter “Judgment Creditor”), against defendants ESTATE OF BILL NOTARFRANCISCO; NICHOLAS NOTARFRANCISCO; ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS AND DEVISEES OF BILL NOTARFRANCISCO (hereinafter “Judgment Debtors”) for the sum of $32,897.89, including interest to date of judgment, costs and attorney fees. The Judgment specifies that the judgment amounts shall bear interest at the rate of 9% per annum.

2. The Judgment is a foreclosure of a lien filed by the Judgment Creditor against the following described real property situated in Fircrest, Pierce County, Washington:

UNIT D, WEATHERVANE CONDOMINIUMS, ACCORDING TO DECLARATION RECORDED UNDER AUDITOR’S NO. 9705210287 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO RECORDED UNDER AUDITOR’S NOS. 9805200654, 9808270663, 9810220663 AND 9903311010 AND SURVEY MAP AND PLANS RECORDED UNDER AUDITOR’S NOS. 9705210288 (PHASE I), 9802755004 (PHASE II), AND 9903315006 (PHASE III), IN PIERCE COUNTY, WASHINGTON.

Assessor’s Property Tax Parcel Account Number: 900259-0020

THEREFORE, in the name of the State of Washington, you are hereby commanded to seize and sell the above-described property, forthwith, and without appraisement, in the manner provided by law. The sale is exempt from homestead under RCW Ch. 6.13.080(6). The redemption period following the sale shall be: twelve (12) months.

You are further directed to make due return hereof within sixty days, showing how you have executed the same. In the event the writ is not returnable within sixty (60) days, you may adjourn the sale from time to time, not exceeding thirty (30) days beyond the day at which the writ is made returnable in accordance with RCW 6.21.050.
