NOTICE is hereby given that DUGALD H. STEWART JR, as Administrator of the above estate, has filed in the office of the clerk of the above court a Final Report and Petition for Decree of Distribution (the “Report”), asking the court to approve the Report, distribute the property to the persons entitled thereto, and discharge the Administrator.

The Report will be on February 21, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. in Department 13, Pierce County Courthouse, County-City Building, 930 Tacoma Ave. S. Room 533, Tacoma, WA 98402, at which time and place any person interested in the above estate may appear and file objections to and contest the Report.
