FROST AND ETHEL FROST, BOTH DECEASED, and All Persons Unknown Claiming Any Legal or Equitable Right, Title, Estate, Lien, or Interest in the Property Described in the Complaint Adverse to Plaintiffs’ Title:

You are hereby summoned to appear within sixty (60) days after the date of the first publication of this Summons, to-wit: sixty (60) days after the 13th day of September, 2024, and defend the above entitled action in the above entitled court, and answer the complaint of the Plaintiff JOHN BECHTOLD, as personal representative of the estate of RHILDA F. MARCELYNAS, deceased, and serve a copy of your answer upon the undersigned, attorney for Plaintiff JOHN BECHTOLD, as personal representative of the estate of RHILDA F. MARCELYNAS, deceased, at his office below stated; and in case of your failure to do so, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint, which has been filed with the clerk of said court.

The object of the action by Plaintiffs is to quiet title in Plaintiffs with respect to real property situated in the County of Pierce, State of Washington, and fully described as follows: PARCEL B:

THAT PORTION OF THE NORTH HALF OF THE SOUTH HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE

NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 19 NORTH, RANGE 6 EAST, W.M., IN PIERCE COUNTY

WASHINGTON, LYING NORTH OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LINE:

COMMENCING AT A POINT 20 RODS NORTH OF THE CENTER OF SAID SECTION 10;

RUNNING THENCE WEST TO THE NORTH AND SOUTH LINE BETWEEN THE EAST HALF AND WEST HALF OF

THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SAID SECTION 10;

THENCE NORTH 20 RODS TO THE BEGINNING OF THIS LINE DESCRIPTION;

THENCE EAST TO THE NORTH AND SOUTH CENTERLINE OF SAID SECTION 10 AND THE TERMINUS OF THIS

LINE DESCRIPTION;

EXCEPT THE RIGHTS-OF-WAY FOR BUCKLEY-SPIKETON COUNTY ROAD AND SOUTH DIVISION STREET

(298TH AVENUE EAST/HOLLY COUNTY ROAD).
