Notice of Application and Public Hearing The City of Ruston Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on September 23, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, on ORD 1462, which proposes to amend the City's wireless telecommunications facilities code to include a hearings examiner process. All members of the public may provide testimony on the proposal during the public hearing or you may submit written comments prior to the public hearing.
