NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Fircrest City Council will hold a Public Hearing at 7:15 p.m., or soon thereafter, at the Fircrest City Hall, 115 Ramsdell Street, Fircrest, WA, which is handicapped accessible, on April 9, 2013, to receive comments onamending FMC 22.50.008 in the Community Commercial District to remove the maximum front yard setback, limit road frontage access for nonretail development to a maximum of 20%, delete the term "under common ownership" in order to maintain the retail/ non-retail allocation for properties that are subdivided, allow landscaping and/or building exterior texture variations in lieu of exterior wall modulation, and amending FMC 22.64.009 to allow an option for landscaping and/or building exterior texture variations in lieu of exterior wall modulation for the Community Commercial district only. Citizens attending the public hearings have the right to provide written and oral comments and ask questions. City Hall is accessible to disabled persons.
