“Assessor-Treasurer Barbara Gelman is reminding property owners in Pierce County that second-half 1999 property taxes are due on October 31. Because the due date falls on a Sunday, tax payments made in person will be accepted Monday, November 1.Property taxes still unpaid on Tuesday, November 2 will be subject to interest and penalty charges.
