Action on Ordinances
Proposal No. 2001-22s2, creating a new Chapter 2.46 of the Pierce County Code, “Pierce County Airport/Thun Field Advisory Commission.”

Proposal No. 2003-67, vacating a portion of Foothills Trail right-of-way in the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 36, Township 20 North, Range 4 East of the Willamette Meridian, in the Alderton area.

Proposal No. 2003-82, amending Chapter 17B.30 of the Pierce County Code, Roads and Bridges, by addng new Subsections 17B.30.070 and 17B.30.080, specifying minimum existing offiste public roadway width requirments for new development, requiring traffic impact analysis for proposed development activities; and establishing an effective date.

Proposal No. 2003-84, amending Chapters 4A.01 and 4A.10 of the Pierce County Code to add traffic impact fees for roads; adopting a new Chapter 4A.40 “Traffic Impact Fee’s providing formulas and methodology and in impact fee schedule; amending Pierce County Code (PCC) Chapter 18.20 by adding impact fees for roads; and setting an effective date.

Proposal No. 2003-85, vacating Horseshoe Road East and a portion of Trek Drive East located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 17 North, Range 4 East of the Willamette Meridian, in the Clear Lake area.

Proposal No. 2003-89, consolidating the Summit View, Summit Waller and North Clover Creek Collins Advisory Commissions into one land use advisory commission; repealing Chapters 2.55, 2.63 and 2.79 of the Pierce County Code; adopting a new Chapter 2.63 of the Pierce County Code, entitled Mid-County Land Use Advisory Commission; and establishing and creating a fifteen-member advisory commission.

Proposal No. 2003-90, consolidating the Parlkand area, Spanaway and Midland Advisory Commissions into one land use advisory commission; repealing Chapters 2.61, 2.62 and 2.81 of the Pierce County Code; adopting a new Chapter 2.62 of the Pierce County Code, entitled Parkland-Spanaway-Midland Land Use Advisory Commission; and establishing and creating a fifteen-member advisory commission.

Proposal No. 2003-92, amending Section 2.83.040 of the Pierce County Code, “Geographical Boundaries,” adjusting the jurisdictional boundaries of the Alderton-McMillin Advisory Commission.

Action on Resolutions
Proposal No. R2003-90, declaring its intent to vacate a portion of Foothills Trail right-of-way in the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 36, Townhsip 20 North, Range 4 East of the Willamette Merdian, in the Alderton area; and directing the county engineer to examine the intended vacation and report the findings and conclusions to the council.

Proposal No. R2003-107, declaring its intent to vacate Horseshoe Road East and a portion of Trek Drive East, located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 17 North, Range 4 East of the Willamette Meridian, in the Clear Lake area; and directing the county engineer to examine the intended vacation and report the findings and conclusions thereof to the council.
