Action on Ordinances
Proposal No. 2003-26, amending Section 2.99.030 of the Pierce County Code, Pierce County Commission Against Domestic Violence, by revising the designated government representatives.
Messages from the Executive
A message from the Executive transmitting the following Ordinances, which were approved and signed on March 24, 2003:
Ordinance No. 2002-125s, vacating a portion of 204th Street East right-of-way, located in the Southwest Quarter of Section 3, Township 18 North, Range 3 East, Willamette Meridian, in the Spanaway area.
Ordinance No. 2002-134, granting a non-exclusive franchise to the Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission for location of water lines on certain county-owned rights-of-way; and authorizing the County executive to execute the franchise.
Ordinance No. 2002-135, vacating a portion of unimproved 103rd Street South (Ash Street), in Sections 4 and 5, Township 19 North, Range 3 East, Willamette Meridian, located in the Parkland area.
Ordinance No. 2002-129s, granting a non-exclusive franchise to Peninsula Light Company, Inc., for location of water lines of certain county-owned rights-of-way; and authorizing the County executive to execute the franchise.
Ordinance No. 2003-1s, granting a non-exclusive franchise to the Town of Wilkeson, for location of water lines on certain county-owned rights-of-way; and authorizing the County executive to execute the franchise.
