Action on Ordinances
Proposal No. 2003-12, amending Section 5.14.190 of the Pierce County Code, “Operation Restrictions – Unlawful Acts Designated,” to clarify the responsibility of the management of erotic dance studios to enforce restrictions set forth in Section 5.14.190 of the Pierce County Code.

Presentation of Lake Tapps Parkway East Asphalt Paving Award to Pierce County Public Works and Utilities and Tucci and Sons by Pierce County Executive John Ladenburg.

The Feb. 18, 2003, County Council meeting will be held in Council District No. 7 at 6 p.m. at the Pierce County Environmental Services Building Public Meeting Room, located at 9850 – 64th St.W., University Place. The meeting will be in lieu of the regular 3 p.m. meeting.
