Action on Ordinances
Proposal No. 2002-45, granting a nonexclusive franchise to Public Utility District No. 1 of Lewis County, a public utility of the State of Washington, for location of electric lines on certain county owned-rights-of-way; repealing Ordinance No. 2000-118; and authorizing the County Executive to execute the franchise.
Proposal No. 2002-61s, amending Pierce County Code Sections 2.78.030 and 2.78.040, to authorize members of the Planning Commission to continue to serve pursuant to Section 2.78.030 in the event of a change of council district boundaries.
Proposal No. 2002-64, vacating a portion of Barkubein County Road East (226th Avenue East), located in the southeast quarter of Section 26, Township 20 North, Range 5 East, of the Willamette Meridian, located in the Bonney Lake area.
Proposal No. 2002-71, adopting a new Chapter 2.70 of the Pierce County code entitled Shared Sick Leave; establishing a shared leave policy for Pierce County employees to allow employees to share accrued sick leave with a fellow employee who is suffering from an extraordinary or severe illness, injury, impairment, or physical or mental condition which prevents that employee from working.
Proposal No. 2002-72, amending Chapter 3.92 of the Pierce County Code, Reimbursement of expenses.
Action on Resolutions
Proposal No. R2002-75, approving the annexation of real property (United States Department of Agriculture Forest Service) to the Crystal Mountain Sewer District; and adopting findings of fact.
