Members of the Tacoma City Council are scheduled Sept. 29 to receive a planning and permitting update from staff regarding the efforts underway to improve the permit system. As a second item on the agenda, staff will provide an overview of the proposed indemnification and second operating agreement for site four on the Thea Foss Waterway. The Council will not take public comment during the noon study session in the Tacoma Municipal Building North, 733 Market St., Room 16.
