Pacific Northwest Title Company of Washington, Inc. (PNWT) has opened its newest office in the heart of downtown Tacoma.
The company officially opened the doors to its downtown Tacoma location on Jan. 6 and will serve all of Pierce County from its office at 1119 Pacific Ave., Suite 110.
The PNWT was founded in Seattle in 1983 and prides itself on providing local expertise and ownership.
We are locally owned and underwritten. We dont have to go to another state, for our decisions, said Kim Costulis, sales manager. This provides faster and more responsive service to our clients.
Costulis noted that local underwriting saves clients money.
Interest charges increase for the seller if closing is delayed, Costulis explained.
PNWT holds the highest rating for financial stability, the National Demotech Rating of A Double Prime.
PNWT has been a top leader in insuring real estate transactions throughout King County for the past 20 years.
