Members of the City Council are scheduled during the Feb. 24 study session to hear a presentation from City staff regarding the formation of a Local Improvement District (LID) in the Town of Ruston. During the presentation, staff will provide background information about the project, describe the improvements to be financed under the LID and will review the key elements of the agreement.

The Council will not take public comment during the noon study session in the Tacoma Municipal Building North, 733 Market St., Room 16.
